Because we’re an independent agency, we’re not tied to the constraints of a Head Office or a big brand, to determine what we can offer. We do, of course offer the main two service options detailed below. But what if you’re looking for something a little bit different? You may want to manage the maintenance yourself, or use your own contractors. Or perhaps you just need help with the compliance, and legal side of things.

Fully managed

A comprehensive service saving you time, and the stress involved with the day to day tasks of managing the tenancy.

With the fully managed service, we’ll manage all aspects of the tenancy from the day the property is advertised, until the end of the tenancy, and return of the tenancy deposit.

We’ll handle all compliance matters, to ensure you meet your ever changing legal duties, and your Health & Safety responsibilities.

We’ll handle all contact and communication with the tenant and organise all maintenance and repair issues.

We’ll also offer regular property inspections, and report to you.

We’ll provide efficient collection and forwarding of rental payments and monthly statements.

Let only

A competent and effective service which places you in the best possible position to manage a successful tenancy.

We will help you to find the perfect tenant for your property, leaving you to manage the rest of the tenancy from there.

Suited to the more experienced professional landlord, this will give you the confidence that the property will be let to a fully referenced tenant, on the appropriate legal tenancy agreement.

We’ll handle the marketing of the property on major portals, social media, and our website.

We’ll complete a full appraisal on the property, ensuring to set the correct rental value.

With the let only service, the landlord would become solely responsible for any issues that arise following the commencement date of the tenancy.
