Greentree Lettings & Property Management are pleased to offer a selection of fully furnished, individual rooms to rent in shared houses. All of these rooms are priced fully inclusive of all bills. Most rooms are ensuite rooms, with their own bathrooms, and are available in different locations across Swindon & Newbury.
All of the communal areas are cleaned weekly or fortnightly to ensure standards are kept high and the fire alarms and safety features are also checked on a regular basis. You'll soon get to know your property manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the property, and they'll be available for you should you have any queries.
